Your scope of responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of change management professionals to drive IT-driven organizational change.
Develop and execute high-level communication and adoption strategies aligned with business goals.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions and behavioral change within the organization.
Oversee the design and execution of awareness sessions and training programs for Generative AI integration.
Monitor and address resistance, incorporating feedback to optimize change strategies.
Ensure alignment of deployment plans with business cycles and key initiatives.
Employer requirements
Minimum 8 years of experience, including leadership in change management or organizational transformation.
Proven experience managing teams in large-scale technology implementations.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
Fluency in English (C1).
Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Agile frameworks).
Experience in leading and facilitating both virtual and in-person training initiatives.
Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
